United Kingdom:

Higgler will post your order within 3-5 working days. Items will be posted signed for second class and will take approx 3 days to arrive.

Free UK shipping on orders over £50. Discount automatically applied at the checkout.

International:

To request international shipping, please email us at chelsea@higgler.shop

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to only international orders.

Returns:

Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure the description and photography is accurate, please understand that due to the handmade nature of the items, details and imperfections may vary between each piece. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy lasts 30 days, after this time we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Due to the nature of the items Higgler stocks, we may not always be able to exchange an item for you but please send us an email at chelsea@higgler.shop and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.

Please note sale items and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
